Nadeem was wonderful throughout our whole rental journey! This was my girlfriend and I’s first time living on our own together, and he walked us through the entire process, and did everything he could to make it run as smoothly as possible! We couldn’t have done this without him, and i’m so grateful for his support and guidance.

Wow. Where do I even start ??? Looking for my first ever apartment with my fiance as an adult was something I had stressed for so long, and I couldn’t be more blessed to have had the universe bring me to Florida Premier Realty, and by extension Nadeem. Nadeem was an absolute rockstar. We had nonstop questions for him, and he answered all of them not only with how to proceed but why to proceed that way. I was so worried about so many things and he eased all of those worries and worked tirelessly to make sure every inquiry we had for properties were answered. Having Nadeem on our team was like having an old friend that would go to bat for you any day. Within the month, we had a lease signed and our keys in hand. Nadeem was very helpful and professional. Although I was in a different state, he still made it possible to work with me and my parents who was also in a different state to find a beautiful place. I wanted to give up at the end, but I remember he told me “don’t worry we will find something for your parents “. Thank you Nadeem, You are one of a kind.

Very disappointed with this Realtor! We heavily relied on him trying to buy a home from another state. We should of looked in person but at the time it was not possible so we had to trust him. During the walk through, he failed to mention the entire home smelled of cat urine which is something we couldn't tell from videos. Due to this, we had to repaint the entire interior of the home, replace some sub-flooring and add all new flooring throughout the entire home to even make it livable. As new residents of Florida, we relied on him to give advice on what to look out for when buying a home, turns out our home insurance is going to drop us if we don't replace the entire roof as well. If he would of been honest, we could of of been aware of these costs and offered less for the home or look
