Mystic Cove Apartments

We moved out after living here for years. They don't fix maintenence issue quickly. I was without a dishwasher for almost six months. The air was broken constantly, and it didn't cool any further than 76 degrees. The power bill was crazy high. We did have a dispute over the security deposit, but they did actually make that right. It was an unnecessary headache, but hopefully I receive the rest of my deposit soon. Be aware that walls are really thin. You can hear everything from the neighbors. My neighbors were awesome, so I had no issues there. Just a heads up. Also, there is a lot of pot smoking going on, but it's usually a chill neighborhood.

I recently moved in and my experience so far has been great. Damien Harris was the leasing professional I worked with, and he really made sure everything went smoothly. He helped expedite my move-in date, which I really appreciated, and personally did the apartment walkthrough with me. His communication has been excellent—any time I’ve had a question or issue, he’s found a quick solution. Always positive and professional every time we talk. 👏🏼

I have a great Experience with all the guys from the maintenance team, after putting in my work orders they come quickly and get the job done these guys are amazing been here since 2018 they have been respectful and very understanding to the concerns of the unit if something seems to be replaced they order the parts and work on it promptly when it comes in, I give this team a five star rating , because they work very hard , they are part of our community that makes us strong and beautiful.. Maintenance team is awesome when you call them they fix the problem right away the whole team is awesome the maintenance guys they do an awesome job fixing and having our places looking nice and when something breaks the come immediately I highly recommend mystic lake apts kudos to the maintenance guys

This place will steel you're money you pay the application fee which is non refundable i understand that but in the middle of the application they ask you to pay $170 holding fee which is non refundable for a apartment that's not available and you have to pay the holding fee in order to finish the application that's absolutely ridiculous and the man i spoke to yesterday was so rude
