This company has been overrated at 2.4 stars. Bill (HOA manager) and Mike (owner) came to look at repairs for our property. When I called to speak with Bill about the repairs, he raised his voice at me. When Bill and Mike arrived onsite, I asked a simple question of who's responsibility the water damage on the exterior wall was. Neither of them would answer the question, instead deflected as to how old they thought the damage was. Mike and Bill repeatedly spoke over top of me when I was asking questions. When I asked them politely to answer the question I asked, Bill advanced on me from 2 ft to six inches and yelled in my face. When I told him to speak respectfully to me, he and Mike stormed off angrily stating "they were done and leaving". This company is embarissingly unprofessional and
⭐️ ZERO STARS IF I COULD I am a RENTER, and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an HOA and property management. Pest control is supposedly done every 1st of the month, and for some unbelievable reason, they thought it was appropriate to show up on JANUARY 1ST — A HOLIDAY. I had guests over and a NEWBORN BABY at home, and the pest control guy started BANGING on my door like the police. Not knocking — SLAMMING on it. He scared my guests so badly they were afraid to even open the door. I HAVE A DOORBELL AND A CAMERA. There was absolutely NO reason to knock that aggressively. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. That man should be fired for how he handled himself. When I finally got to the door, I calmly explained that it was a holiday and asked if the
I am writing to formally express growing concerns regarding the continued decline of the Claypond Village Community under the current management. There has been a consistent lack of enforcement of the community bylaws, along with noticeable neglect of common area maintenance. Several issues have become increasingly apparent, including but not limited to: • Poorly maintained common areas • Flower beds throughout the community containing only exposed dirt with no mulch or upkeep • Exposed electrical boxes posing potential safety hazards • Units with broken windows remaining unrepaired • Trash and garbage left under stairwells for extended periods • A deteriorating parking lot with visible cracking and potholes • Neighborhood signage lighting that no longer functions, reducing visibility and
Like so many others in these reviews, if MBR is your HOA, be prepared to be left high and dry. Mike does absolutely nothing to help the homeowners—the very people who pay his salary. My neighbor’s condo leaked into mine and caused nearly $40,000 in damage. Water was trapped between our shared walls, but Mike refused to submit a claim to the Master Policy. His only advice was for me to sue my neighbor. Mike is not an adjuster or an insurance agent, and there is no reason he should have the power to refuse to submit a claim. If he had at least submitted the claim—even if it was denied—I could have sought more help from my own insurance company. But no, Mike’s answer was just to sue. I contacted four lawyers and was told the same thing by all of them: the amount I could sue for is about the
My experience with this HOA / property management has been very disappointing. They did not take homeowners' complaints seriously, including mine. They placed neighbors next to me who caused ongoing issues, and when I reported strong bad odors coming from their unit, nothing was done. There was no follow-up, no support, and no effort to resolve the situation. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. They need to take responsibility and reconsider how they handle residents’ concerns, or step aside and let a more capable company manage these apartments.
