Myers Lofts

Our room was beautiful. Spacious great for the rate!! Very clean, the manager was attentive to our requests, and we genuinely loved the room. It is an upcoming neighborhood so therefore management cannot control the outside surroundings. Recommendations include parking in the hospital parking lot for added security.

The building could be so much better. It’s really a shame considering all the work they did. The rooms have kitchens and laundry and it’s all pretty modern and fresh. The great reviews must be in reference to the upper levels. Our rooms were in the basement. Room #103 shouldn’t be occupied again until they fix the loud unbalanced ceiling fan and the terrible hvac unit. It needs to be dialed down. Sounds like a wind tunnel with all that forced air. I attached a video of the heater kicking off and trust me, the video doesn’t compare to hearing it in person. We were woke up every 30-45 minutes by the noise. I would have just shut it off if it wasn’t winter time. Our friends room was just as loud. When we arrived with our other couple their room key was missing. Check in was supposed to

The building is pretty and the rooms are cute….thats it. You are basically sleeping on I-65 because it is SUPER LOUD especially the west side of the building. You will get very little sleep and that’s if you bring noise cancelling headphones of a handful of sleeping pills. The are around the building is kinda sketchy during the day and even worse at night. The free parking provided is nice, but it looks like you are in the middle of a landfill with all of the trash blowing around. Other than that, have fun and enjoy your stay!

Myers Lofts are a very unique and exciting renovation of a Historic University of Louisville Dental School building. This location near the Hospital District gives short term fully furnished housing options for Doctors, Nurses and those needing to be close to the hospital. This renovation is key in bringing people back to the downtown area and also providing a need for the medical community.

Beautiful restored historical building. My partner and I enjoyed our staycation at Myers. It was conveniently located to our date night activities. Also, the affordable prices are a bonus. We got to splurge on other things which is always a plus.
