My Property Man: Brooklyn Property Management

We are a 12 unit building in BedStuy. The building is 10 years old. We were working with another Property Management Company from the inception of the board. We switched to My Property Man and it has been night and day. What I love is that Cem & Semih are operators and owners -- they care about their clients and their business. They are responsive, thoughtful and for the first time in years it feels as though the board can take a back seat because we trust our property management company. If you are reading this review, its likely because you are fed up with your current management company. Here to say that you are in the right place and that I highly recommend My Property Man.

Working with MPM has been a great experience. They’re local, which really makes a difference. They actually come by to check on the building and stay on top of what’s going on. That wasn’t the case with our last management company, so the hands-on approach has been a big improvement. They’re responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reliable experience!!

I have been a tenant of MyPropertyMan for 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience! Cem and Semih are always very attentive and respectful, coming over if there is ever a maintenance issue to help us out. They respond quickly if we ever have any questions as well. Our 19 unit condo made the building management switch to MyPropertyMan in the fall of 2023 and it has been transformational. Not only is the team knowledgable, detailed and efficient, they are super responsive, clear communicators, and quick to bring qualified vendors to the discussion when issues arise and repairs are urgently needed.
