I would give this company negative stars if I had the option. My husband and I had the displeasure of dealing with them when purchasing a home in November in PA. Our business with this company started out poor off the bat with one of the employees repeatedly addressing me as a completely different name in e-mails. Matters worsened when this same employee would request documentation and such from us, but give us less than 24 hours to get it back to her. In addition, she was very unreliable, saying she would call us back later that day and 2 days later, still no call. On multiple occasions, this individual had made false accusations against my husband. She also told us lies and would constantly tell us a different story each timed we spoke. My husband and her had many heated conversations.
