The property we bought turned out to be a poorly executed flip, with repairs and renovations that appear to have been done by unlicensed or unqualified workers. After closing, we discovered numerous issues that were not disclosed, resulting in substantial unexpected expenses. It’s clear that corners were cut and proper building codes and standards were not followed.
