1 star review for how unprofessional their parking garage staff are for the building. Company should fire and do a total rehire and retrain of the entire parking garage staff (with background checks). Their behavior is potentially opening up the company to civil lawsuit, it’s that bad, with the cursing/unprofessionalism and stealing accusations etc.
I would rank this zero if I could, but that is not an option. This is the company, along with Avalon Bay, that is responsible for the 28 story monstrosity that is going up 1501 Voorhies Ave in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn. The area is over crowded as it is and they are adding a building that has no place in this neighborhood. Awful, just awful, shame on you Muss Development and Avalon Bay.
The staff at this company are arrogant, unable to communicate, and make things difficult for customers when it comes to lease renewals.
