Muse at Winter Garden Apartments

Love living here! Amazing amenities — pool, game room, two-story gym, dog parks, elevators in every building, and valet trash. Safe, gated community in a great Kissimmee area with super friendly neighbors. Bonus: food trucks sometimes stop by the office! Vincent in the leasing office is incredible — always helpful, answers every question, and genuinely cares about residents. Highly recommend this community!

Scheduled a tour at Muse and had the pleasure of being assisted by Anthony, who was very knowledgeable and helpful! The property is modern and well maintained; also conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers. The units are clean and spacious, with stainless-steel appliances. Also very impressed by all of the amenities offered!

We like the complex overall, including the apartments and amenities, and had a positive experience until this situation. However, after a small family-only gathering inside the amenities to share a cake for a baby’s birthday, we were charged $300, despite it being only a family gathering. Communication from management regarding this charge has been limited. During an in-person visit, the property manager made the comment “This is America, and we speak English”, which made us feel disrespected as Latino residents. We hope management improves transparency, communication, and respectful treatment toward residents.

I have moved a lot due to changing rent prices and so trust me when I say Muse has been the best experience in 10 years. Vincent was so incredibly warm and welcoming and the entire staff has been genuinely helpful and responsive. The property is well maintained and maintenance has been swift and professional.

Absolutely horrible customer service when it came to touring the complex. The assistant property manager greeted us for our tour with an attitude, making it sound like we were an inconvenience for showing up to OUR SCHEDULED tour. He kept rolling his eyes at us and giving us an attitude for being there for once again, a tour we scheduled via their website. We were very excited and told him we wanted to tour the one bedroom apartments with the garages and the 2 bedroom ones as well, and he snapped at me saying they had no 2 bedroom apartments although they advertise they do. Me and my boyfriend had enough of his attitude that my boyfriend being the most calm and collective human snapped at the manager and said we were leaving.
