This was by far the worst appraisal service experience. Paid $625 and waited 4+ weeks for a report that should have been done in a fraction of that time. Communication was nonexistent — no one in the office answers the phone, voicemails go unanswered, and you’re left chasing them down for updates. Slow service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism. Don’t expect responsiveness or urgency here — it felt like pulling teeth just to get a basic deliverable. Not worth the money or the stress.
