December 1st Cory helped me with a lender and started the process of getting pre approved. I gave Cory an idea of the type of home I wanted. December 22nd was the first day we went to look at houses. We met Cory though a home viewing. We loved that home but it was out of budget. We worked with him for 4 months to find our starter home as first time home buyers! He made the process as easy as he could for beginners and explains everything in a way that made sense when we didn’t understand it. He did his best to be available to us, even with weird schedules.
