Lived here Five Years. Great value. Market Price. *New Property Management Company. New Property Manager Angie, goes above and beyond to find solutions. She has been excellent as a new manager to Murano. -----xxxxx----- The Value: The quiet neighborhood, people treat each other with general respect, the pool & re-modeled tennis court is awesome once. It's not the most modern complex by any means and communication solves poor construction (anywhere in FL). Maintenance has improved with speed & effectiveness. - Lived here 2 years. ‐--‐‐----'xxxx------- *Nov. 2021: The Property remains nice & quiet. Never seen any place that had so many cars that they had no room. Cars in every driveway, along the curb and parked up on the grass and walking pass. Did not realize a neighborhood so nice could have an apartment complex this poor.

Just moved in a Customer to this wonderful community. Ann Butler at the HOA office was instrumental in getting us in quickly and expeditiously. Wonderful, clean cared for community in Delray Beach. Located right near the turnpike for easy commute.

Murano is beautiful and offers so much for the money. I've owned there for about 10 years and am very happy with the current management company and the board of directors. The grounds are well maintained and communication is great. The floorplans are well thought out and are comfortable. It's a quiet and friendly community and the amenities are great.

Murano has been our home for more than 12 years, love the location, the apartment setting, the community and so far the best management this place has ever had since we moved. Kervin in the office always attentive to solve any problem we may have, helpful and very friendly. Also Dunjan in maintenance, a very nice and helpful person, he does his job quickly and efficiently. Murano is an excellent place to live.
