A quiet place and Family friendly neighborhood

Saying this neighborhood is “quiet” is not true at all. It’s one of the noisiest areas I’ve ever lived in. Kids run all over unsupervised. People blast music loud enough for the whole neighborhood to hear especially on Saturday nights. The streets are over congested with cars on both sides to the point that it’s hard to get through and in and out of your home. People hang out in the streets and in my driveway even no matter how many times I’ve asked them not to. When you call the police they just say “oh give them a break they’re just talking.” No they are not just talking. They are being inconsiderate and completely out of hand. All I can say is, I’m glad I only leased unlike most people in the area. I would’ve been furious if I bought a house here. I’ll most def be going elsewhere when i

Very well built homes. Plus they are one of the fastest home builders I have ever seen. If you purchase a home, it will literally be finished in 3 months or less. The pool is nice if you have kids.

Beautiful Well Constructed Homes at good prices. Ask for Gustavo when you go to the sales center. Will def. Come back
