We had a great experience with Mungo homes. The warranty was well taken care of during our 1 year. Staff was extremely nice. Couldn’t have asked for anything more better. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with most of my home. My builder Alden has been amazing. The realtor Hunter was amazing. Only thing is I do think some of the materials and outside installs like HVAC floor and kitchen people could be better, and the quality could be a bit better materials. Overall you guys have been pretty amazing to work with so far.

Working with their recommended lender also made the process simple and stress-free. The craftsmanship in my new townhome is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Beautiful homes. Beautiful communities with lots of amenities. Love everything except a few minor things like having been instructed to hold the toilet handle for a few seconds while flushing at final home orientation and the hot water heater not supporting multiple showers at the same time without giving out of hot water. Also, sometimes when the heating/cooling unit goes off or on there will be a brief knocking noise heard for a second or 2 that can be a bit alarming, but we’ve gotten used to it. The Mungo team/representatives were helpful and attentive throughout the process. I would recommend Mungo Homes to anyone looking for a home.
