Their homeowners association is absolutely horrible.Buyers beware you’ll be harassed and charged for anything.

I am currently under contract my realtor had to track down the sales agent to see if my closing date was changed. She emailed him 3 times I was copied on all emails, and he never responded I needed to know when my actual closing date was to give my landlord notice of my moving out date. She had to contact the sales manager to finally get in touch with the sales agent to find out that my closing date got changed. This is unacceptable I shouldn’t have to ask if my closing date has gotten changed I should of received notice from someone from McKinley homes. Today, I received an email from the closing attorney with a different closing date. The date was a week an a half after the closing date the sales agent advised myself and my realtor.
