WORST COMPANY DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS. I hired them to take care of my property and after repetitive tardiness and consistently not finishing the job, I have decided to end my relationship with them and find someone who is serious about property management. The owner of mulligan property management is just a kid. He has no idea what he is doing and he is completely incompetent to finish the simplest of tasks. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT HIRE!!!
