Bought a Mulligan built house in 2015 in the Plymouth area. The house started to have problems as soon as we moved in. Several of our windows were not installed correctly and can be evidenced on a strong SW wind...you can feel the draft. The master bed room ceiling had a leak, several of the sink faucets continue to drip when turned off, the slider to our back porch will no longer lock, etc. We contacted Mike Mulligan and he promised to fix our issues to no avail. Do NOT buy a house from this scam artist!
These guys will do all they can to make a sale. Buyer beware.
