This company did the FHA appraisal on my house. They listed absolutely nothing wrong, and nothing needed to be fixed. When I got a home inspection done, they found so much damage to this house. Water on the foundation, foundation issues, all three sinks leaking, no GFCI outlets, windows cracked, soft spots in the subflooring, and so much.
