This realty company usually responds to maintenance requests, but I’m disappointed on the lack of check ups or offering of a heater. I’ve been freezing in my home for over a week and not a phone call from Jeff Seiders. I’ve had to request updates from the heating company that was assigned to fix my unit, instead of the realty company making sure the job gets completed. I called and emailed Jeff and haven’t heard back from him. I am truly disappointed in this Realty company. Definitely have mixed emotions because this is not the customer service I am used to.

Worst Realtor company I have ever come into contact with. Communication is the worst ever. The lady that answered the phone never knows what she talking about who she talking to even when you just talked to her. They never fix anything! They send someone out to patch it up long enough until it breaks again. My garbage disposal was repaired for the 1000th times back in April, before I moved in may it had stopped working again. They replaced one of my doors on the home with a standard door no deadbolt one strong push and you gain entry into the home. They never ever did a home inspection. Communication is at an all time low. He will tell you things and claim he never said it. Please record all your correspondence with this man. We spent the whole last winter in our home with no heat! Have used the services for years and we keep coming back to them somehow,rent is always affordable and does not Increase,this is one of the best realtor I and my husband has had in years, despite we have rented from others,we prefare to rent from them,their houses are always up to date and incredible prices and gorgeous, and rent remains the same each year.customer service is great,i have no complaints. we moved to a new place and currently renting from them,we were excited when we found out they manage the place and it's a beautiful place with surprising rent. Affordable housing in the Hampton Roads area. Small realty company. Never really interact with the Property owners or agents except when issues needed fixing. Just pay the rent, really that simple.

When my husband and I move back to Virginia from Indiana we will try to re-rent from Mulder Realty if there are openings. Very pleased! My husband and I discovered mold all throughout the kitchen of the home we were paying $1450 a month for, caused by a mistake in manufacturing of the home. When we brought it up to Jeff, he sent his maintenance men over to just paint over the mold with "kilz". I told them that would not suffice and then I demanded a professional mold remediation company come in for an inspection or I would seek legal action to break our lease. Jeff immediately contacted just the right person for the job. I cannot say whether it was the actual home-owner or Mulder who fit the bill, but I can say that they coordinated a professional crew to come in and do almost a total kitc
