Mulberry Place Apartments

Hello, I would like to give a shout out to the maintenance team which is led by team manager Roberto. The other day my car wouldn't start and Roberto was so kind and helpful to assist me. I realize that they are very busy but Roberto went out of his way to help. I really appreciate the fast service that these gentlemen offer and will always be grateful. Thank you again.

I rented here for over 3 years and it was a very comfortable experience. The maintenance guys are so nice, my key fob malfunctioned on a Saturday and Roberto came out within the hour to let me in. I also had a huge wasp nest form on my patio and Edgar came out and took care of that, making sure none got in my house. Only downside is that the pool isn’t open very much, which is a bummer because it’s nice. I also wish we could access the gym 24/7, it’s only open while the office is open. Overall, I really like Mulberry Place. It’s a great complex for families, close to schools and parks.

It a very peaceful and beautiful place to live. The staff goes above and beyond for residents. There is a local butcher shop close by. Love it here

Anytime I put in a work order they come literally 24 hours for the work order was placed and high spirits. Especially Mr. Edgar, he always come with ready to work and actually take his time! The communication it’s amazing from management and maintenance.
