worst place to rent. luckily there is new management who is fixing things but the old people were awful. they cared more about my griddle being outside that "wasn't allowed" (we were the only ones told this) than my floor that was caving in. terra with nissi management is horrible. there is mold and bugs everywhere and outdated electric and plumbing so it's super dangerous. it's severely outdated and when they call it "newly renovated" it's just a half done paint job and new carpet. but hopefully the new owners will make a difference. otherwise i'd stay away from this place

These apartments are bull my son has a one-bedroom apartment they charged him over a thousand a month he's been there a year he redid his lease and its more then it was. Told them not to sign they need to ne took to court!!! Plus they made him pay again first and last months rent. There is mold all in the apartment. Plus every time I rains it comes in threw the stove hood and leaks on stove they have been shocked several times. All they do is paint over the mold. Management is not professional in any way. Dont rent these apartments. How they have a two bed for 800 a month but charge over a 1000 for a one bedroom apartment falling apart. The lady that did run them was great this new one just keeps wanting money for this money for that. And doesn't care you already paid it a year ago.. and

I moved in Feb 2020. Christina in the office is a Jewel! I did have a few issues moving in. The bottom lock on my front door, after shutting would not stay shut unless you used dead bolt. I had a stove eye not to work. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom and later saw these tiny little bugs in the window seal. They looked like terminates, however learned they were not. But with every one of these issues, I contacted Christina and she was on it! The door was resolved that day I contacted her. Cook's Pest Control was out the very next day, that I contacted her. The same fast resolution with the stove and plumbing as well. While my stay there was short (7 months) I really enjoyed the apartment. I had a one bedroom that was very spacious. I moved in the end of Oct last year and love it. My daughter and I share a 1 bedroom. The management, TJ is amazing. Iv had 3 small issues and they were on it immediately to correct the problem. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's quiet w great parking. Most of the neighbors are great people. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Worst place to live in Hanceville very old units. Our bathroom sink hasn't drained correctly since the day we moved in after repeated calls and work orders to have it fixed nothing was done. A year later and I have just quit using the sink and covered it. To add to that Jennifer,the manager, is so rude to many of the residents. I have been told by multiple of my neighbors when they go to her with something about their apartment or with the property she instantly gets aggravated and talks to the tenants very rudely. She does not care about mulberry nothing gets done here and trash sit outside the dumpster for weeks.
