Me and my husband have been renting an apartment through Muey Property Management for almost a year now. We love it here. The road is not that busy and our neighbors are great. We have never had any problems out of anyone we live beside. Everyone is so nice and kind and when we moved in they were helpful too. The apartments are perfect for starting out and we like it here a lot. Muey Property Management has been so kind to us. When we have question we can just send and email or call and they are always there to help. They also get back to you as quickly as they can which is always nice. Muey Property Management has great maintenance services. We needed someone to come look at our A/C and the maintenance man came and looked at it and fixed it right up. He was so nice and helpful. I really like living here. The community is quiet, the grounds stay clean, and maintenance actually responds quickly when something needs fixing. My apartment is comfortable and the area feels safe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I’ve had no issues with neighbors. Overall, it’s been a really good place for me and my kids, and I’m happy I chose this complex.

Me and my family been łiving in Muey Property apartment for 13 years. We have really enjoyed our time here with me and my family. The neighbor is quiet and clean. I have never had any issues since me and my family been living here. Muey Property Management is always a call, email, or a text away when we need them for something. The whole 13 years me and my family have been living here we may have had to contact them 5 times about minor issues and they always would send someone right out. Friendly and nice company. I would recommend Muey Property to anyone who would like to make a fresh start. I give them a 10/10 if your not leasing from Muey Properties now is the time to. They treat you fair and like family. I moved in one of the properties managed by Muey during a tough season. My apartment had just flooded so I really needed to move fast. I seen the property posted on social media and the entire process from start to move-in was so convenient. From when I messaged the person who posted to when I called the office, everything was a breeze during a very stressful time. The application process, apartment viewing, background check, the consistent and convenient communication up until paying deposit and securing the keys was very top tier. They even gave a cute small thank you gift upon signing lease. Once I moved in, if I noticed anything that needed maintenance the process was very easy and they come out FAST! Well to be honest Muey Properly was good to me!!! And I miss them so much wish I could stay in one there properties again!!! Cause to be honest the whole situation was my fault from the beginning. I love the spacious apartment I had at Magnolia Terrance and if I could again I would!! It was nice and quiet way better where I’m at now with noise and hateful landlord I have now
