Love MTE!!! The customer service is outstanding! They are so patient & explain everything to me. They walk me through different ways of trouble shooting my problem. Ernie is very fast to respond, I called & he was at my house with in the hour. Problem fixed I'm back on the internet. Thank you MTE you have a great team!!!

I live in a small community in Arizona, which was by passed by the local telephone co. 9 years ago, I found out that MTE was planning to extend service to us. Through the past 9 years the Arizona team has always been there, when I had questions concerning the plans for us, while being very courteous and professional. After 9 years of waiting, with no fault to MTE, for telephone and high speed internet service, our wish came true on Nov 3, 2017 with service activation's beginning. I also wish to thank the many employees that I have spoken to at the MTE main office, in Idaho, answering my many questions. MTE, to me, is a great company who stands by their commitment, for excellent customer service! I can never say enough "Thank you's" to the entire MTE Communications organization!

MTE has been wonderful to work with. If we have an issue with our internet, they are right on it with whatever needs to be done. They also do follow-up calls to make sure everything is working properly.

Amazing customer service!! The installers were super friendly and went above and beyond to get us installed. They are amazing and I will be a permanent customer!!
