Mt Washington Apartments

The other tenants are very nice and I literally haven't heard anyone screaming at another. No loud parties. Maintenance crew works exceedingly hard and comes to help out as soon as possible. It's pretty. The management has been the best of any of the few apartment complexes I have lived in. Gabrielle, in the main office, is great. Pleasant. Helpful. The apartments are laid out very well and the rent is reasonable for these times.

After 8 wonderful years at this apartment complex, I can confidently say it's more than just a place to live..it's a true community. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Gabriella in particular, is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful making the experience even better. The complex is well-maintained, clean, and peaceful, offering a quiet environment that's truly enjoyable. Plus, there's always plenty of parking, so you never have to worry about finding a spot, even late at night. While we've occasionally experienced minor issues with the AC.. these are far outweighed by the overall positive experience. I would not recommend anyone to live here. I have been here for the past three years and it’s been terrible. When I first moved in I experienced so many issues from the plumbing to the heat in the apartment. It’s like I had maintenance in the apartment almost every week for reoccurring issues. The most recent issue I experienced was a ceiling leak where it was so bad the ceiling started caving leaking murky water into my apartment. It was second time it happened but worse and if I wasn’t in the apartment when it happened all of my furniture would have been damaged. I had no choice but to move to another unit but not satisfied that I don’t have a washer/dryer in unit like the previous apartment I was in which it was their fault for making it inconvenient for me. I’ve lived at Mount Washington Apartments for almost 8 years, and I can confidently say that Gabrielle has been one of the most caring and attentive people I’ve ever interacted with. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication go far beyond expectations. Every time I’ve needed help — whether with maintenance, repairs, or just questions — Gabrielle has responded with warmth, efficiency, and real concern. We have an incredibly quiet location, with plenty of free parking, and, presently, the very best leasing manager. A beautiful community with a variety of types of apts. Two bedroom apts have an extraordinarily good layout. Maintenance techs are most capable and attentive.
