Ashley was very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. She made the move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and she always made sure everything is taken care of.

This is, by leaps and bounds, the most egregiously dishonest landlord I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. A year ago I wrote a positive review saying that the best thing Real Property Management could do is keep Ashley on as the property manager here in Grants. I still hold to that but only because I've learned a lot more about RPM within my last year as a tenant, and Ashley is the perfect employee for them. She's very impressive at putting up a wall. If you ask for more transparency, they send in Ashley. She'll stonewall you until you're blue in the face. What criteria are you using to determine how much wear and tear I've made?
