Mt. Prospect - The Windmill Collection

Historic Mt. Prospect Farm has been a friend to the community and scouting organizations. This working farm will missed.

This community advertises it is eco-friendly. But they just tore down a ton of trees across from the horse farm. A completely forested area. They have a field of bee balm and other native plants along travilah rd, but they mowed them down last year, destroying thousands of pollinator insects that over winter in the leaves/stems. I ask that you please consider your choices. I’m really, really disappointed so far. My family has lived around here over 20 years and I met Mr. Hanson and his dog Gibby. I think he would be very sad to see what it has turned into

Absolutely ruined one of the most beautiful areas near Potomac. Money hungry evil people. I’m not sure why anyone would ever live in these “houses” they are horrific. The monochromatic color schemes and the complete lack of space is atrocious. I can’t imagine what types of people it takes to do this to land.

every time we flush the toilet on the 2nd floor, there is a very loud noise and disturbance on the first floor wall / living room, and it feels like it is going to flood on the first floor. this is very annoying. will update the post if addressed

It's sad and, When I was in boy scouts I used to have fun there at the farm.... here's a sad face :( GOOD BYE FARM !!! ... Like I said to Google I'm just a Teen ok..... What can I do..... Nothing bad to Momcomrecy county.....
