We have now been working with Manlin for nearly 2 years to build our home. The entire process has been disappointing, to say the least. The house still has unfinished items despite communicating the issues to owners multiple times per week. The process of building a home is stressful and I would strongly recommend using a builder that respects the client and communicates With their buyer. This has been a terrible experience. Here’s a photo of my house with unfinished trim after moving in nearly 6 months ago. We found out after living in our home nearly 9 months the dryer was not vented. We contacted the builder and not only did they not apologize, they tried to send the same contractor out that failed to do the work properly the first time.

Thank you Mike Manlin for getting us into our Ladue home prior to the holidays! I received many compliments on the home from family and friends. Mike has always been responsive to my request with a view towards quality. Even though we had supply chain issues and a tight labor market, Mike always communicated these issues to me beforehand and worked with me to get to a great solution. Thanks again Mike!

Mike, Michelle and the whole team were all fantastic to work with. We built our home in Brentwood (on Moritz) and they were accommodating to all our needs. We got in early in the home building process so we were able to customize a lot. The quality of work was top notch. They even helped after we moved in with a few small things. They always got back to us right away throughout the process and provided all the Information up front. If we decide to build another home, Mike Manlin would be our first choice!

It was my family’s dream to move to Clayton and build a new place. Mike and his team have made our dream a reality. We had very specific requirements and Manlin was able to fulfill all of our needs. We love our new townhome and all of the amenities the city of Clayton has to offer.
