I messaged them at their listed number. I saw it was “read,” but no reply. I waited a week. Very unprofessional. Thankfully I found another Realtor that was very responsive. They replied within 5 minutes.

Tristan and Silvinia were great to work with (esp. w/ me a first-timer), and in the end scored me a brand-new Highland Homes home for a heck of deal. I'll add that we did several 8-10 house walk-through days, as well as several with just Tristan/Silvinia previewing. Very happy with it all.

Good knowledge of industry. Knows contract really well. Always keeps client informed. Knows changing market and how to navigate well in behalf of clients.
