Paul was really great to work with, timely in his responses, and accommodating with our specific situation. We quickly got a pre-approval for a home loan which was requested by the seller to strengthen our offer. We ultimately went with another lender who had a slightly better rate, but this may have had more to do with when the rate was locked than who we locked a rate with.
