Pretty decent place to live. I'm just there on the weekends. Great people in the community. Lots of great local businesses. Weston Beach is 3 miles away. Some of the greatest neighbors you’ll ever need.
My wife and I lived there over 10 years, we moved because of health issues. When the previous owner had it rent increases we're minimal. Since being bought by a conglomerate company the lot rent has went from the low $400.s to $650. a month lot rent, with no slowing down in sight. Choose wisely when picking a mobile home community to live in. Money not an issue, no problem, but if you're concerned about long term costs, look for one owned by the residents. Since big companies realized how much money they could generate with these largely unregulated parks, they are buying them up.
Nice looking place, but I had to pass on it. Costs over $600.00 a month lot fees. Crazy to let that get so high. Get a grip.
I'm from Florida and this place looks great but if costs are rising, no thanks.
