I can’t say enough good things about this company. Very professional,Timely service. They took care of finding the renters. Getting screenings done. Collecting rent. We had some mechanical problems come up with our apartments . They took care of calls and lining up the work to be done. I am an hour away and running my own business. So they have been a great asset to me. I know they care about the town and want to keep it up. They have shown me by taking pride in their work . I am confident in they'er ability to keep my place in good order.

This is our first cabin and from the start we knew we were going to rent it out when we weren't using it. We met with Gil from Mountainside Property Management and gave us many helpful tips as we finished our cabin. He knows the short term rental market in this area and guided us through the ups and downs of our first season renting. He treats our cabin as if it was his own. His crew does such a great job on the turnovers so the next guests walk into a clean, well set up rental with everything they need. He's also available for any emergencys that the renters need assistance with, either by phone or taking care of in person. I Stayed With Gil and Courtney over the summer. Their properties are all very conveniently located if you’re a Santa’s village lover or a mountain lover, or just a fresh air lover! Any questions we had about the property after arrival were promptly answered. Place was clean, safe, and met our needs. Great price point too! I’ll be staying again G&C!
