Mountain View Village

You do not want to move into the apartment complex. The owners (PMI) and managers are unwilling to work with their tenants, especially the ones who are federal employees during the government shutdown. They are all about just getting money and penalizing their tenants with late fees for situations out of their control. When you have tenants that pay on time, do everything that is required of them. Informing you of their situation about you are required to work but not getting paid until the government opens back up and you ask for an exception but you are told you that your lease agreement cannot be amended and on top of that, you are going be charge a 10% penalty fee on your balance. Trust me, they are only about the money and themselves. They do not care about their tenants.

Apparently for 2 people applying, you have to make 5 times the rent (which is at least $5000) I definitely understand having to make 3 times the rent, but if we made 5 times the rent we would be applying for a much nicer apartment. People in the office are very nice though. I do suggest emailing about their availability, because you more likely to hear back from them quicker if you email rather than call. I had called several times every week and no one ever answered.

As a new tenant, I found Mountain View an excellent residence with friendly staff and management. The move-in process was easy. Besides, the area is fantastic. I highly recommend Mountain View apartments to anyone looking for a convenient place to live.

I love living at Mountain View Village! Heather and Bill are very hands on and are willing to help whenever they can! I recently moved into a two bedroom unit, and it looked beautiful when I moved in! I highly recommend looking at Mountain View as your new home! You won't be disappointed! Anne
