Mike is a pro, through and through. He was extremely thorough and detail-oriented during the inspection, gave me lots of great tips, and was very accessible by phone. Most importantly, he was a pleasure to work with. It made the few hours that we spent together enjoyable. Highly recommend, will be using him again in the future.

Mike did an excellent job. He told me to tag along with him while he did the inspection, and he took lots of pictures, which helped me learn a lot about our new home. He gave me his card and told me to call him with any questions. After that he supplied us with a 41 page report which included the pictures, action items to be repaired before closing, and a list of secondary items to think about taking care of for preventive purposes. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
