Been to these apartments there are rats I have seen them at night by the trees in the inner court of these apartments and cockroaches in the apartments. The property manager does not fix up the apartments and keeps deposits with made up charges. Clearly not a good place to rent from at all!
Good and economical apartments located at the Division street. Transit is nearby and the place is good for simple lifestyle.
