I cant say enough good things about this company and its representatives. First and foremost, I would like to give Chris Prebble 10 out of 5 stars. My partner and I are moving into the area, and she made the process easy. I was expecting this to be a stressful experience but she made it a seamless transition. She was responsive, informative, and so friendly. Her customer service goes above and beyond anything I've experienced, ESPECIALLY in regards to dealing with real estate agents. Highly, highly recommend this company. If you need help finding a property that suits your needs, you came to the right place!

Janet Simons has been a great friend and asset to me when buying my house , she answered every question I had with a great answer, this is not an easy task. More recently I needed to sell my parents home and of course called on Janet again, this time she introduced me to Christine Prebble an associate realtor she knew could help with this process, Christine was very courteous and eager to do what ever it took to help me with this sale, between the two of them we got a fast sale and I could not be happier.

This company works with out of state slumlords. Their contract cost us thousands of dollars in a month and a half and they nickel and dimed us to the very end. Contract signers: be very aware of their shady business dealings. The only thing that saved our budding small business was cutting ties with this company and their contract completely, and taking another financial loss in the process. They were shocked we found another place to move into, it felt like they were using the rental shortage as their strength in taking advantage of us. They fought us for every penny they could keep all the way to the end, locked us out of our spot before the end of our paid month, and profited greatly off of our labor. Read everything carefully. Get a contractor to walk through their spots and have a law

Someone who works for this company and drives a silver Toyota Rav 4 thinks it’s okay to speed 30 plus over the speed limit on Centralia Alpha Rd. If you can’t respect our neighborhoods, you shouldn’t be selling them!
