Mountain Ridge Apartments

my community is a great one and i express this with deep sincerity. nothing and i mean absolutely nothing is either too big nor too small for both my property manager and professional maintenance technicians to handle. i have lots of confidence and comfort living on this property. He is great at keeping the community as efficiently up and running smoothly. my community is as suburbs as they come dog walks, nice quiet walks and a warm quiet setting. If you’re thinking about moving in, the rent might seem reasonable at first—but don’t count on timely or reliable maintenance support. Good luck getting anything repaired. One of the most unpleasant parts about living here is simply walking into the building. The stairwell carpets have been here for years and smell absolutely awful—like mildew, pet urine, and worse. Despite rent going up every year, those disgusting carpets remain untouched. On top of that, many of the windows and the sliding glass door don’t close properly, which is a safety and insulation issue. And, unsurprisingly, those have never been fixe

For starters when we moved in there was dry pee on the toilet seat. A razor wedged In between the carpet which I cut my foot on. Management had zero response to this. Extremely dusty everywhere. A bunch of random things in our storage unit which were removed. There's always random people outside the apartment coming in and out, drinking and smoking every day all day. Love to come home at 5 pm seeing drunken people passed out. Door always stays open so anybody can just come in. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone who's looking.

I just moved in a week ago, and I would have to give props to nice and quiet neighborhood here. The apartment looked clean and ready to be lived in. However, the AC unit has not been working properly since the day I moved in. It's July and there has been excessive heat these days. I thought that because the AC unit was turned off, it needed time to cool properly, but I've been having my worst nights with temperature above 90 degrees. The worst day was on Saturday (yesterday), and I called emergency maintenance to get this solved ASAP. They said that they're going to send someone, but they did not arrive. I called again and they said that they need a medical notice from my doctor stating that I cannot be in hot places (Is this even legal?), otherwise I would have to wait until Monday. I'm

From start to finish they were awesome. I originally applied to Hidden woods but they do not have balconies so when I called and Dashawn(I hope I spelled correctly) answered he was able to get everything transferred so that I could get a balcony. Then on move in day Whitney was awesome, fast, very knowledgeable and thorough. She was working by herself that day, she didn't rush me and explained everything making sure I had a full understanding. I would definitely recommend Mountain Ridge.
