Alicia puts in the work to make the best deal possible between her clients and tenants. While we were considering one of her properties, she was up front about the process and very open about property conditions and what changes might be possible (all dependent on the owner, of course). She uses a move-in inspection to make sure everyone is on the same page on the condition of the property. Even better, her lease clearly lays out standards for clean when you move out, so you can know ahead of time what's expected to return your deposit. Having visited dozens of homes, with a variety of companies, and some by-owner, her approach was refreshing. While we ultimately continued looking for a home that better matched our needs, we felt confident about the service at Mountain Management.
