I give one star for the horrible real estate transaction with Max Breedlove as the listing agent. I can’t tell you how bad and stressful it went because Max made it so difficult and made closing difficult. Let’s just say there are local businesses in the real estate industry that will not work with him anymore after having to deal with him. He even shorted my realtor on commission after sending in an offer. (Long story) He also verbally made an agreement with me to get rid of leftover material stored underneath the house we bought after a remodel, but I forgot to add it in writing before closing.
