Mike did a great job handling a mining claim boundary line elimination for me. If he hadn't straightened it out with the county, I hate to think of the legal problems I might have had in the future. In addition, he answered all my emails and phone calls promptly.

My client and I had a pretty unpleasant experience with Mike at this title company. He is not very nice, he is rude and makes you feel as if you ask questions you are bothering him. For most people buying and selling a home is a huge milestone and it’s unfortunate that this encounter can be the last one once sold. One of the worst title company experiences I have ever had.

Mike Gilbert is very unfriendly, doesn’t answer emails, VERY forgetful he actually suggested a new closing day and then turned around and said he did not know we were closing 1 week ahead of schedule!. He did not even say Hello to me at closing and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. He treats The lending side like we’re not part of the transaction. I’ve heard a few stories of his rude interaction with lenders. I definitely do not NOT recommend working with him.

Michael Gilbert is a true mountain professional. Multiple deals with MLT closed smoothly and flawlessly. If you can't handle straight talk, perhaps you should not attempt to live at 8800'.

I have never experienced such a rude, condescending, and unfriendly person in all of my many experiences with title companies! Without sharing long details, Mike should not be in the business and everyone should take their business elsewhere! Extremely unprofessional!
