Mount Villa Apartments at Turf Valley

I am writing this as a caution to anyone considering moving into this community. Shortly after moving in, my car and at least one other resident’s car were broken into inside the garage. At the time, the garage gate was broken and had been left open for over a week (It's now been 3 weeks). Management had already acknowledged in writing that the gate was nonfunctional and that a repair was pending, but during that time the garage remained open and accessible to the public. My car window was shattered with items stolen and I had to file a police report and pay out of pocket for repairs. I have photos of the damage. The team here is wonderful! Danielle and Diane in the office are always so kind and helpful, they make every interaction easy and pleasant. Eddie and Kirk on the maintenance staff are just as great, always friendly and quick to take care of things. You can tell they all take pride in their work and truly care about people. It’s always a pleasure working with such a great team!

If you want to live in a community that claims luxury but has cheap cabinets, appliances, shower doors, carpet, etc., has you living with a clogged toilet for a week and a half, has poor air circulation in the second bedroom, for example, I had to purchase a fan, and keep the thermostat on 70 degrees to keep that room cool, which resulted in a higher BGE bill, having more concern for incoming residents than current ones, being treated like a child i.e. receiving lease violations for speaking your mind, last time I checked, this is a freedom of speech country, has a staff member who is rarely in the office because they work another job simultaneously here, it must be nice to work another job on another companies dime, a maintenance supervisor who is never seen, and air ducts filled with con

I recently moved into Mt Villa Apartments, and it's been a fantastic experience. The complex is modern and well-maintained, with clean common areas. Amenities are excellent, including a decent size gym. Danielle has been outstanding. She's helpful, responsive, and truly cares about the residents, ensuring a smooth transition for newcomers. She's also always thinking about new ideas to make the complex better for the tenants. Overall, I highly recommend Mt Villa Apartments. The combination of great facilities and excellent management, especially with Danielle at the helm, makes this a standout place to live.

I am looking to move to the area and came in to take a tour. I met with Danielle and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish! She greeted me with a smile and was extremely patient while answering all of my questions. She made me feel so comfortable, as if I was already apart of the community. On our tour, we encountered some residents who spoke highly of the community and how caring the staff is. I’ve toured other properties in the area and none of those tour experiences compared to this one. When my lease ends next year, I will most definitely be moving to Mount Villa Apartments!
