I’ve had a great experience living at Mount Vernon Apartments! The location can’t be beat. The manager, Yvette, has been absolutely wonderful. She’s friendly, professional, and always goes out of her way to help residents.

I had a great experience at Mount Vernon, where I stayed in one of the townhouses for over a year. The management team truly went above and beyond to bring peace and ease to my life. And it was critical to me at that moment of my career life. Melissa was especially helpful, working closely with me to accommodate all my requests, particularly when I was preparing to leave. I had many things to take care of, and they made the move-out process as easy as possible, which I greatly appreciated. I left FL; otherwise, I wouldn’t left the lovely balcony and the convenience of walking to work, thanks to its fantastic location. Thank you Mount Vernon team! As a young professional who has lived in several apartments across different states, this one stands out as one of my favorites. As a woman living alone, I felt incredibly safe here. Yvette in the office was always available and supportive whenever I needed assistance. Her attentiveness made a significant difference in my experience. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a welcoming and secure place to call home.

Yvette Smith is a great Property Manager/Leasing Consultant here at Mount Vernon Apts. She is always willing & ready to help should a problem arise. She follows up to ensure things are taken care of both quickly & efficiently. She is very friendly, personable & knowledgeable. To summarize, Yvette rocks! She was a strong factor in my decision to move here & I am glad I made the choice to make Mount Vernon my home.

I've been living in this complex for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier. The location is very convenient if you work or study on campus. It is a quiet and safe place with spacious apartments. Melissa, Yvette in the office, and John from maintenance are excellent professionals who will attend to all your needs.
