Mount Carmel Gardens Senior Apartments

This place sucks/ horrible. Management (a white lady) needs to be removed immediately.Very unprofessional. She is very dismissive when talking to people. when there is an issue/problem she lies to your face. Does not do what she says or agrees to do. She tells the front desk not to document things. So you can't go up the ladder properly with your issue...,. Front desk don't want to lose there job so they do what she says. The apartments are full of roaches, and yes the elevators seem to be out every week.....

I have a couple of disabled friends who live here. It is horrible!! The elevators continually malfunction or don't work at all. They are currently not working now.....it's been 2-days. I have groceries to deliver and can't because of the situation with the elevators. Also, flooding happens frequently inside the units. Mold...mold...mold!!! This is an unfortunate situation for those living here. Some units should be condemned!

This place I have visited and applied recently and so far it’s been great Stephanie has been very respectful helpful and reception the same. I have been applying and trying since 2023 many places and no phone calls. Mount Carmel has been the only place to respond in a time manner. I hope they will accept me here. I love the surroundings and very clean. Thank you

Elderly aunt lives here. Decent high-rise senior living. Good space for elderly singles or couples. Seems safe with guards on site. Laundry room and activities on site. Could use small refresher. Overall, it's good.

If care about your loved ones, stay away.
