Moving from Michigan to Ohio and getting a new drivers license and registration and plates it’s way more difficult in Ohio than it is in Michigan. The business itself not too bad. The ladies are nice enough very knowledgeable. If you’re used to all the extra stuff you need to do at the BMV you can be in and out real quick.

My daughter went to take her driver's test on a very busy day. Examiner 7131 in Fremont, OH was amazing! He had a calming a positive presence and I cannot say enough how pleased I am with our experience. Thank you!

Where do I start...Terribly rude staff. I called and spoke to Angie who told us we didn't need to bring in proof of residency if the ID/License was not expired for 6 months. My daughter just lost her wallet, so they were not expired as she just used her ID at the bank a week prior and it did not expire until 7/2026..and her temp drivers license expired 5/2025 so we are within that 6 month timeframe. Well we get there the lady said my daughter did not have 2 prior ID'S because they aren't "showing in their system" and argued with me and then another lady comes over and told her coworker we "must be lying" that she had 2 IDs....LYING??? WHAT. BENEFIT. WOULD. WE. GET. FROM. LYING. ABOUT. THIS?! 😂 and what professional service they provide saying this infront of innocent, HONEST customers...wo

Long wait and ran like a joke only one that I ever had issues with disrespectful as hell let people jump line after comeing back

The Fremont BMV is a joke and petty! I waited over 45 minutes the first time and didn't have the correct documents. My bad on that. I go get them go back and wait another 45 minutes just to be told that because I didn't have my daughters name change form in my hand that I have to come back again tomorrow. My wife who was sitting in the car was bringing it to the door and she (the manager) refused to let her do that even though we were in the door and waiting since before they closed. It's ridiculous I have to go back a 3rd time and wait again just to get Katelyn's ID. 🤬 What would take just a minute to hand through the door she handed us our stuff and told to leave. We have lives too she said... it would have taken a second if your life to wait. It would be different if I had to go home
