I was looking to put my house on the market I have a friend who has several houses and he recommended Hipólito but when he mentioned that he spoke to hipolito about some advice on some renters He has he felt like hipolito was trying to sell him on something. Basically giving him the runaround and not giving him any information because he hipolito thought that he wasn’t going to get paid or whatever the case may be in reality, he was trying to put his house on the market. Also, when he told me that story I said I’m going to choose a different Realtor to put my house on the market. Hipolito sounds a good it’s unfortunate. I wasn’t able to use his services to put my house in the market. I would’ve love to I’ve heard nothing but great things about him.

Hipolito has been so amazing and wonderful since our first phone call. This was my first time getting an apartment and he definitely set the bar high. He was very patient with me and helped me find my new home in an incredibly short amount of time. I am immensely happy and grateful that I was able to work with him. There are not enough nice things I can say about Hippolito. I provided him a list and within a few weeks I had found my dream home, with a large kitchen, an enormous master bedroom and a pool. He has a reliable team and knows all the right people from the day I saw my house for the first time to closing was 2 months. The best part about working with his team is that you know they’re busy, but you feel like you’re the only client they have. I never felt ignored, neglected, or brushed off. I have recommended Hipolito and his team to several of my friends and colleagues. And I generally don’t do that readily. He and his team really prove themselves to me.

Hipolito Rosario is a smooth talker, that's it once he makes his money, any shortcomings after that, it's all your fault, no accountability on his part, it's all on you. He was not even present on the closing day of our first house ever; we didn't feel as supported with an agent who was not totally on our side. If you are not as knowledgeable about real estate, I would not recommend to use him.
