I was applying for a rental home and I qualified as far as rental history, credit , criminal background I had to get myself , and I make the money , well had my husband dropped (who is black) in the 65 application fee in cash as requested and as soon as I sent over my ID they denied me and said I had a eviction , I have no eviction what so ever and they wouldn't even prove it to me I went to the extreme and pulled up my credit report and seen nothing there , they took my money and made up lies they couldn't even prove , these people are racist and only want a certain color in there homes . its sucks but god knows best .

I want to thank God for allowing me to meet understanding, loving and firm people's. I will forever remember when I received the keys to the home that I moved in. The godly vibe I felt after walking out of the house. The compassionate feeling that touched my heart. Once I begin to pull off, I had nothing but tears of Joy and I immediately thank God for directing my path. Mrs. Torrie, Mrs. Kim , and Mr. James. I strive hard for my place of residence to keep up lawn work and keeping a clean place.

Mot j are very lenient people,they try and work with you sometimes and if you have issues they try and get them taken care of in a timely manner. You just have to pray that you don’t have to deal with a racist , or mean owner of the property. The lady Tori is a sweetheart and really try and make ur life a little easier! I would recommend Mot J rentals I was with them 5 years

The company was pretty good. I like that their application fee was low and you pretty much knew whether or not you would get the property when you paid it. Pay your rent on time and there is really no issues. Way before they had online pay, We got a money order for our rent before it was due. I forgot I had the money order and missed the first 4 days. Well, they called to remind us (which was really cool), and I brought it in that day and was still charged a late fee. They pull no punches lol. Just make sure you do what you need to!

They did a FANTASTIC job helping me rent out my house for a year, and then helping me sell it very quickly! Easy and fast communication. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with!
