Mosaic Lofts

I've lived here for 1 year and around 4 months, Sylvia and Cassie are very pleasant and Cassie always answers all my questions (via email) promptly. The place is well maintained and I always see people working on maintenance (taking care of the plants, cleaning the laundromat, cleaning the stairs, and whenever the ac needs checking they come fix it asap.) The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the gym are always clean as well. The access to gates/doors have also been upgraded by using an app on the phone so it ensures only people that live there are the only ones that can enter. Parking lot inside has light, as well as inside the courtyard so it's usually not dark. Overall a very pleasant experience, the apartment feels very safe and Sylvia is very nice, and so is Cassie. My wife and I wanted to express our gratitude in this review for the maintenance workers at Mosaic Lofts. They are very caring, compassionate and competent individuals that truly care of the work that they leave behind. This is something I noticed Immediately in the beginning when I first moved in almost 2 years ago for a problem with the bathroom sink. Very respectful when entering the home and informed us about the work he needed to do in a professional manner. I’ve never noticed a discrepancy from either or throughout my stay here at the Mosaic Lofts. Recently Mosaic Apartments received the Top 1% Elite Reputation Award for Excellence in Customer Service. As a long time tenant (5 years) I must say I have never had a complaint with the property or management. I feel I live in the nicest apartment complex in the city and am always complemented by friends visiting from out of town. Management does a great job in looking for new and innovative amenities to add to this already great property. It is a relatively new complex so repairs are not needed to often, but when the need arises their on-site maintenance team is quick to respond. Thank you Mosaic for a great 5 years!!!

Love living at Mosaic Lofts! My husband and I are new to the state of Texas, and as soon as we saw these amazing lofts we knew right away this was our home. The lofts are very modern, which we love...not to mention spacious. The landscaping is just beautiful, and you always see ground keepers working at all hours of the day to make sure both the outside and inside facilities are well maintained. The pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, and gym are just a few of the many perks that comes with living at this incredible place. And last but not least, management is AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond their duties to make sure that each and every tenant is well taken care of. If you're looking for an amazing space to call home, Mosaic Lofts is the place to be!

The Mosaic Lofts are a very upscale apartment complex for the money. It comes gated, swimming pool, 1/3 basket ball court ,exercise room,Jacuzzi,indoor & out very clean facilities. coffee made every morning. And it feels like home. I never waited any longer than an hour to get something fixed. Charley the manager is very easy to get along with.The establishment treats you like Family. You'll love this place as much as I do.The main thing you really feel safe it this area. I've Looked at a lot of places In McAllen and this is the one you would want. Once you walk through the Lofts everything else is just a stacked apartment. even the home insurance is lower because of the safety of the area.Very well lighted.
