Mosaic | Kolter Homes

I bought a home in Mosaic a few months ago and have already run into numerous problems. A rust-stained liquid has been leaking from the wall beneath the microwave, leaving marks on the backsplash. The kitchen outlets trip whenever anything is plugged in. The garage door often refuses to close and shows error messages. The window tinting is peeling, and the air conditioning drain line keeps clogging. I filed warranty claims, but the service has been very disappointing. An electrician discovered a short circuit behind the wall that was causing the outlet issues, and also found that an outdoor outlet was sharing the same circuit as the kitchen outlets—likely a building code violation (NEC 2020 §§210.11(C)(1) and 210.52(B)(1)–(2)). We are currently in the process of purchasing a Kolter home in Mosaic. Brooks Curtis our sales person there has been beyond fantastic to deal with through the entire purchasing process. I recently had an outstanding experience with Mosaic Homes in Port St. Lucie. We are building a new home here! We are convinced Kolter homes ( and the Paige model ) was one of the nicest built homes in the area at a reasonable price! We looked from Vero to Palm Beach over the last 7 moths ! The combination of the home quality ( high ceilings, tile roofs, preserve views and decent standard finishes), location (beach 25 min) and even price ($630k = house $569k + lot $60k) ...makes us feel confident about our purchase! Our sales person, Brookes Curtis, was a pleasure working with and has been very helpful along the way ....we look forward to moving there next spring!
