From beginning to end the process of applying to signing the lease to move in day Armando had been by my side step by step! Making the entire process stress free and enjoyable. The property is super clean, smart amenities and the view across the street is BREATHTAKING! Armando gracias!!!

I am writing this review after a very distressing experience at this apartment complex and the lack of meaningful support that followed. While I was using the community gym, an unknown individual entered the facility and stood less than three feet behind me while I was exercising. The individual began masturbating directly behind me in the gym. At the time, there were three other people present in the facility. The incident happened at 6:30 AM. This behavior was shocking, disturbing, and a clear violation of my personal safety and dignity. I immediately left the area and reported the incident to law enforcement. My daughter and I recently relocated to this area, and so far, our experience has been positive. I must commend the management team for their exceptional service. From Chris to Armando and all the staff within the facility, they consistently demonstrate professionalism and dedication to their responsibilities. We eagerly anticipate a fulfilling experience in our new home.

I want to give a big shoutout to Rayleen for helping me and my fiancé move in on the Halloween weekend. She was basically handling everything by herself, and even with how busy it was, she still did her best to help me. At first I wasn’t happy because the place wasn’t as clean as I expected, but she talked to me the next day, apologized, explained everything, and it honestly made me feel a lot better. She also helped me figure out the whole electricity situation once the company finally opened during the week, which I really appreciated. I also want to thank Luis from maintenance who came right away with his team and took care of everything. And Chris, the property manager, was super kind. He came with Luis, helped get everything fixed, gave me a welcome robot for my place, and even shared

Lived here for a year in my first “grown-up” place out of college. I loved everything about it! The staff creates a great sense of community and is always open, responsive and helpful ❤️ I only had to move so that I could be closer to my workplace in central Orlando to avoid a long daily commute. The property is brand new and beautiful right in downtown Kissimmee, so if you’re working local or from home most of the time then commute would be no concern. The lake that neighbors the property is gorgeous; great for runs/walks and weekend fun outdoors for picnics or boating, and I’m already missing that. Can’t thank the lovely staff enough for making me feel at home during this last year.
