Update to my review— After writing my original review below, Curt contacted me genuinely upset about the outcome of our close. He facilitated a conversation with Scott and they offered to reimburse my family for the additional moving cost their team caused, in which I appreciate. While we did not have the experience we had hoped for, in the end they did make an effort to resolve my concerns and address internal breakdowns so this doesn’t happen to others. Also, my family and I are in our house and glad to be through the end of this process. There’s just so many reasons why you should choose another company! First off Scott is highly unprofessional!
