Morrison Yard

When I first moved in, this complex seemed amazing. It was presented as a high-end, well-managed place to live. Unfortunately, the reality has been very different. Shortly after moving in, residents were required to park across the street, and despite paying to live here, I have been towed multiple times from the parking garage while properly parked. The parking situation is extremely frustrating and poorly managed. Maintenance and cleanliness issues have been unacceptable for a property at this price point. There have been rats and rat droppings inside the community grills. I opened a grill to cook dinner and was greeted by a large rat, absolutely disgusting and a serious health concern. Brynna guided my leasing process and she kept it very simple and easy to understand. I had all my information together including income verification: make sure to have all your items ready so it can go smooth! Once I toured I knew I had to have my unit: can view the water and have everything I could need! The team is awesome!
